In an effort to better track and more quickly return merchandise that has been sent to SecurManage staff for repair or replacement, we have created a short form to fill out when the need arises.
Before you send this form in please be sure that you have tried to reach out to the help desk (firstname.lastname@example.org) to see if they can correct the issue prior to you shipping the equipment back to us. The form to follow will ask you to reference the help desk ticket number generated when they first attempt to correct the problem remotely. Thanks!
